Job Responsibilities:

  • As the HR Industrial Relations (IR) Manager, this position will report to the HR Director and be expected to strategized and execute the HR IR plan in alignment with and in support of the business goals and objectives.
  • Build a constructive relationship between all stakeholders
  • Actively create a good working relationship with unions and union officials.
  • Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with Regulator, Disnaker, DinKes, and other industry bodies and external parties.
  • Facilitate the implementation of regular meetings between management and labor.
  • Gaining buy-in on important business decisions.
  • Monitor internal and external labor relations trends and submit relevant reports to management.
  • ensuring that the Company’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives
  • Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counselling in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Review and revise Peraturan Perusahaan (PP) / Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) and labor related policies and procedures
  • Work with HR Team, review and revise PP and ensure PP alignment among sites
  • Facilitate and conduct negotiations/consultations with Unions in developing CLA within the framework of the company’s policy.
  • Maintain and update all labor related policies and procedures and ensure the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures.
  • Together with HRBP / HR Site Manager, investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree preferably in Law
  • Minimum 8 years experiences as HR Practitioner handling industrial relation (IR) related issues
  • Preferably talent with manufacturing or healthcare / pharmaceutical industries background experiences
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
