Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s brand positioning & branding across all target markets (B2B, B2C, and Partners)
- Develop and oversee marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plans
- Lead and manage the digital environment across various areas (Facebook Ads, SEO, keywords optimization, etc) to improve the company’s visibility and credibility
- Continuously innovate and find a creative strategy within organic and owned acquisition channels such as content creation, event development, lead generation campaigns, etc.
- Responsible for managing and tracking performance of the marketing team
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget.
- Communicate with external parties such as agencies, KOL/Influencers, etc.
- Follow and analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a marketing manager
- Prior working experience within Brand/ Advertising Agency is preferred
- Experiences with handling various roles in the Marketing area (branding, content, public relations, digital marketing)
- Experience in identifying target audiences and leading across channels marketing and branding campaigns.
- Possess a solid knowledge of data analytics & performance management
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and branding
