About the Company:
Our client is a leading virtual brand restaurant that focuses on providing great foods throughout various channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Owner and Operations Team to develop concepts, products, and solutions.
- Recognize customer and stakeholder expectations for a new product launch.
- Identify and implement enhanced technologies that suppliers, rivals, and customers are using.
- Assist the Director in the hiring and development of R&D professionals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business, and Operations to establish project goals and priorities.
- Bring in and out of the organization new technologies, products, and manufacturing methods.
- Conduct research on raw materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment, as well as design and assess them.
- Collaborate with firm business units to develop thoughts, products, and solutions.
- Keep track of team metrics and objectives to ensure that objectives are reached.
- Keep track of all research and development phases.
- Maintain stakeholder connections while conducting a review, Customer Feedback, and Product Testing.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Food Technology, Business Management, Culinary, or related
- Minimum 4-7 years of Experience in Food & Beverage as Research and Development Team
- Experience in project management methodologies
- Significant experience of end to end project delivery
- Good written and oral communication skills, able to promote ideas by logical argument, and capable of presenting the results of a project in a clear and effective manner
- Sound time and resource management skills and ability to lead, motivate and direct support staff and contractors contributing to the project
- Self-motivated, with the ambition and initiative to complete projects on time and on budget, as well as the capacity to adapt swiftly in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and to work with new technologies with little documentation or support
