Technical Sales Executive
Division: Animal Health (Feed Additive and Nutrition Business)
Base Location: Central Java, Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day contact with distributors
- Identify new market and new product opportunities
- Establish selling opportunities for both old and new contacts
- Establish direct sales opportunities
- Organize distributor training
- Provide feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategies for our products and services
- Provide technical support and organize support for solving problems
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in feed additive or vitamin/mineral premix industry is a must
- Ability to speak and write English with good communication, writing and customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate technical issues with effective presentation skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good customer and distributor contacts. Sales skills and technical knowledge mandatory
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
